We are located in South Staffordshire, UK near Cannock and central to Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Telford, Tamworth and generally accessible to the West Midlands.

We have been keen to set up to start breeding chinchillas for over a year and having fallen in love with an extra dark tan (chocolate) decided that we would like to breed ebonies in all their forms to the highest standard possible. We are not experts on genetics but find this mutation particularly interesting. The ebony mutation which is quite well established, having occured and been developed in the USA in 1982, but is still a mutation with room for improvement. It would appear that the mutation is quite complex having an effect on colour and colour distribution and the colour element is also cumulative. We feel that this is a challenging project and plan to use many imported lines and progeny of imported lines together with uk lines to try to achieve our aims.

We breed with chinchillas of known pedigree for show and sale. We anticipate having a regular supply of kits for sale these are currently mainly standards and ebonies, but it is always worthwhile contacting us if you require an animal in the near future. From time to time we may also have older animals (from 1 year) that are available for sale but not advertised.We currently have kits from a few days old right up to 6 months old that are yet to be included on the site.
